RETURN, EXCHANGE, REFUND POLICY

Please contact me within 5 days of delivery concerning your wish to return an item. Returns must be made within 15 calendar days from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging. Please include either the receipt or proof of purchase.

REFUNDS

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact info@bijouxdcalo.com within 5 days after delivery. You can return the product either for a full refund OR exchange the product for another similar and same priced product.

Please note that as many items are one-of-a-kind it may not be possible to offer an exchange for exactly the same article.

We will notify you once we have received your item and initiate a refund to your credit card (or other method of payment). You will receive the credit within the time frame determined by your card issuer's policies.
